Naruto fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief as Tamashii Nations unveiled not one, but two new S.H. Figuarts Naruto figures. Appropriately enough, the two figures are brothers Sasuke and Itachi Uchiha.
Yes, Tamashii released an S.H. Figuarts Sasuke Uchiha figure last year, but this new version features a slightly different outfit designed after his appearance in Naruto Shippuden when battling brother Itachi. New accessories will also accompany the figure. Considering the original release is sold out and fetching hefty aftermarket prices, the timing of the release should be welcomed.
Where Sasuke is an updated version of a previously released figure, Sasuke’s older brother Itachi is an all new figure. The S.H. Figuarts Itachi Uchiha figure comes dressed in his Akatsuki robe, which is removable. Itachi includes interchangeable hands for recreating the fight scenes between him and Sasuke and the emotional scenes where he places his two figures on his brother’s forehead.
Both Sasuke and Itachi are Tamashii Web Exclusives, with Sasuke being released in Oct. and Itachi in Nov. The figures are priced about $65 each when factoring exchange rates.
