By now most fans know that Marvel has made a thing out of doing post credit scenes. Usually done as hints towards upcoming Marvel films, though sometimes they aren’t (i.e. Iron Man 3), but most of the time they do. Well we are now hearing what could be the Captain America: The Winter Soldier post credit scenes. At least details of what it involves. This is based on some advance early copies of the film that has been sent out, but we don’t know of the legitimacy of it. So here it is.
But the thing that’s probably going to leave people talking the most is the post-credits stinger. They’re calling them “The Twins”, the brother-sister team of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch, and they don’t look like any Marvel heroes we’ve met to date.
So it sounds like the post credit scene will be tied into Avengers: Age of Ultron. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Emily VanCamp, Toby Jones, Hayley Atwell, and Robert Redford, arriving in theaters on April 4th, 2014. (Source: Lainey Gossip, via Bleeding Cool)
