Mattel has announced a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive DC Super Hero Girls Katana doll, based on the bi-weekly webseries that inspired a toy line.
The martial artist on the cutting edge of fashion, Katana comes dressed in her webseries accurate clothing accessorized with samurai armor and a katana sword, three shuriken, two sai, a sheathed tanto and a naginata. Katana, who will also appear in the highly anticipated film Suicide Squad this summer, will join other DC gals like Supergirl, Batgirl, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy in the Super Hero Girls lineup.
Comic-Con attendees can pre-order the San Diego Comic-Con exclusive DC Super Hero Girls Katana doll from June 17 through June 26 for $40 on MattyCollector.com, with limited quantities available after the show.
DC Super Hero Girls follows the future heroines during their high school years, prior to discovering their full superpower potential. The series is currently airing its second season on YouTube.
