So yesterday, LEGO revealed a poster on the Facebook for their Ninjago line for 2014. The poster featured a different look than what we are normally used to. The Ninjago character was a bit robotic looking. And apparently the binary code at the bottom of the poster represents ASCII characters which spell out, Nindroid. When I look at that I see Nimrod though.
Along with that poster a new Ninjago minifigure popped up in an eBay auction, Lego Ninjago “General Cryptor” mini-figure, which has since ended, but went for more than $50. The interesting bit of the auction is that the minifigure kind of looks like the character in the poster. As the title and description say, this is General Cryptor and the numbers 70721 and 70724, which would suggest a 2-pack or a set of some kind.
A pretty cool looking minifigure regardless. Will be interesting to see how this “reboot” looks once fully revealed by LEGO. (Source: Brickset)
