First Teaser Trailer for Syfy’s ‘Helix’ Series from Ronald D. Moore

television-news-and-talkFirst announced last month, Syfy has released the first teaser trailer for their upcoming sci-fi series, Helix, from Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica) today. Thought it doesn’t show a lot about the new series, it does give you a feel for the creepy undertones of it. From the synopsis, it seems like it is a mash-up of John Carpenters’ The Thing and Outbreak. Though once we know more that could be totally inaccurate. Considering Moore help create one the best sci-fi series in the last decade with his Battlestar Galactic remake, I’m pretty confident this series will be worth checking out. So check out the first trailer for Helix, which will be premiering in 2014 on the Syfy channel. (Source: Blastr)
