The next film in the X-Men franchise hasn’t even arrived in theaters and won’t for another five months now, but that hasn’t stopped Fox and director Bryan Singer from getting fans excited for the next installment. Earlier today, Singer tweeted out the cryptic, but yet not cryptic tweet of “#Xmen #Apocalypse 2016!”
I think seeing Apocalypse in the X-Men movies has been something fans have wanted for a while now. Some are speculating that the story will be based on the Age of Apocalypse storyline from Marvel Comics. This isn’t anything other than speculation, but would definitely be pretty damn cool. So what do you think of this announcement?
